This time I'm going to review about Ever Bilena's Matte Eyeshadow Quartet!
When I first saw these on the Ever Bilena counters I was really surprised and happy since EB's finally releasing Eyeshadow Palettes that are not shimmery!! I immediately bought two; an Eyeshadow Quartet in Ice Princess (this one) and an Eyeshadow Trio in Tango which consists of two tan and red eyeshadow; All Matte, obviously.
I was like "Finally TT.TT!!"

Applicator
Packaging is surprisingly very sturdy although it looks quite flimsy. It also comes with an applicator which is quite of higher quality compared to their previous ones.
I totally applaud EB for upgrading their products! They are finally catching up to their competitors little by little! Their products are of higher quality nowadays compared to their so-so usual ones!

The Eyeshadows itself are not powdery, which EB's notorious for, and are quite velvety to the touch! Super Impressed! Product is also not delicate like their old ones, cause I dropped it and nothing happened! When I dropped their old eyeshadow, catastrophe happens.
